研究领域:

Perovskite-based solar cells

1.Achieved 16% vacuum-processed CH3NH3PbI3 and 19.45% solution-processed CH3NH3PbI3 solar cells (large grain size and compact absorber, additive effect)

2.Developed new n-type electron-selective layers: PCBM and fullerenes (C60 and C70), SnO2, doped SnO2 for improved charge collection and transport

3.Conducted interfacial modification on metal oxides by using PCBM and fullerene derivatives to reduce hysteresis

4.Demonstrated the first fully all-vacuum-processed perovskite solar cells

5.Performed perovskite film and device characterizations

On-going research:

1. All-perovskite tandem solar cells

2. Lead-free Sn based perovskite solar cells

3. Ferroelectric solar cells

4. Stability mechanism and stable perovskite solar cells
